love taking
my boys on coffee shop dates. They get a special treat, I get some good iced coffee, we draw and talk and it's great. There's just something about the coffee shop environment that's conducive to good conversation, even for a two-year-old.
Hudson's school gets out early every Wednesday so Wednesday afternoons is now our regular date time. We talk about important things like bats, eye balls, bouncy balls, and tales from recess.

Too cute! I love that you are dating your boys. All 3 of them. Matt is taking Rowan on her first Daddy date next Friday night. (Charis is going to a sleepover. I'm not really ready for that yet.) They are going out to dinner and to the park together. Rowan is super excited. Matt is super excited. I'm so happy that my daughters are going to be spending quality time with their Daddy.
